It probably is. According to CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, home prices were higher by year-end December 2013 compared to a year ago as inventory levels are at all-time lows. This is welcome news to most homeowners. In the three Southern California counties, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside County have posted existing home sale prices with YTY gains of 19.6%, 16.3%, and 23.3% respectively.
