South Bay cities (Los Angeles) housing market sales activity of December 2013
For the month of December 2013, our Los Angeles – South Bay neighborhood cities have seen home sales volume declined. Inventory of homes for sale during December 2013 for a number of South Bay cities as in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, and Lomita have remained at all-time lows. Here are some median sales prices for Homes for Sale as derived from the CRMLS (California Regional MLS) in December 2013:

- Hermosa Beach, CA $1,352,000
- Redondo Beach, CA $845,000
